Each of the 716 label rows has 26 fields in this 2026-09-13 release, including dsld_id, both compound-mass endpoints and the original observation dates.

| Intervals | Compound mass per serving has separate numeric endpoints. Per-unit mass uses a low–high string when hydration is ambiguous; a single value applies only where both endpoints coincide. |
